What is EZClick3PL?


Can I ship to more than one customer in a single order?
You can add multiple customers, assign products to each one, and checkout once. Each customer will receive their own separate shipment.


How do I add customers?
You can also remove customers at any time — if you remove a customer, their products are removed from the cart automatically.


How do I assign products to each customer?
Each customer can have different products and different quantities.


What does “This customer has their own shipping label” mean?


If I upload my own label, do I still need to enter the address?
If you select “This customer has their own shipping label”, you only need to upload the label file. Address details are not required in that case.


✍️ Do I still need to enter the customer’s name?
Even when uploading your own label, the customer name is required so the order is properly identified in the system and in the admin panel.


Do I pay once or multiple times?
Even if you are shipping to multiple customers, all shipments are combined into one checkout and one payment.


Will each customer receive a separate shipment?
Each customer is processed as a separate shipment with their own items and shipping label, even though you placed one order.


Can I change quantities in the cart?
You can update quantities for each customer directly in the cart and click Update Cart. The system will recalculate totals automatically.


❌ Can I remove a customer?
From the Manage Customers page, you can remove any customer.
When you remove a customer, all products assigned to that customer are removed automatically.


Can I add more products after adding customers?
You can continue shopping and add more products at any time, and choose which customer each product belongs to.


What happens after checkout?


Who pays for the order?
This is useful if you are shipping to multiple recipients but paying from one account.

EZClick3PL is a fulfilment and shipping platform that lets you ship orders to multiple customers in one checkout. You can add different customers, assign products to each, and complete payment once — we handle the rest.

Yes! That’s the core feature of EZClick3PL.

Go to the Manage Customers page and add as many customers as you need.

When you add products to your cart, you choose which customer the product is for.

For each customer, you can choose one of two options:

  • ✅ Upload your own shipping label (if you already have one), or

  • ???? Let EZClick3PL generate the shipping label for you

After checkout:

  • Your order is saved as one Master Order

  • Each customer becomes a separate shipment

  • Labels are either uploaded or generated

  • Orders are prepared for fulfilment and dispatch

  • You proceed to payment via Stripe

The Main Client (Payer) pays the full amount at checkout.

You can upload common formats such as:

  • PDF

  • PNG

  • JPG / JPEG

If there is a problem (missing label, missing name, or incomplete data), the system will show you a clear message so you can fix it before continuing.
